HC Platform is a set of underlying engines that act as the foundation for many features of the Harmonie Communication Suite (HCS). It provides the capability to ingest many data and file formats, the capability to create multiple output files for physical and digital distribution channels, as well as enabling post-composition functions to sort, split and merge production output files.

Interfacing the printing hardware, Customer Communication Management (CCM) systems and archival solutions, HC Platform offers benefits within a physical and digital environment.

By utilising the Sefas Marshalling Daemon (SMD), which controls processes within HCS as well as controlling processes within HCS as well as controlling external processes, users can dynamically scale their solution to meet changing business requirements.
