Giles Hill

Managing Director

Giles joined Sefas in 2007 from Xerox and has been in the CCM industry for almost 25 years! He is married to Maggie Hill and has two wonderful daughters – Tabitha and Daisy.

Adam Turner

Marketing Executive

Adam has been part of the Sefas team for over 5 years now, joining as an apprentice to cover the Marketing Manager’s maternity leave and now heading up the Marketing team. He enjoys a variety of sports from Football to fun runs, taking part in Tough Mudder events and Spartan Challenges.

Loïc Bouyssie

Solutions Analyst

Loïc appreciates long walks on the beach. When he is not out riding with his white Arabian, Celestial, he can be found playing Basketball or Korfball.
Loïc started with Sefas in 2014 in the US Boston office and moved to Bristol in 2016.

Dave Chilman

Services and Support Manager

Dave is a keen ex-sportsman who now lives his dreams vicariously through his two children Ollie and Mia.
Dave follows England rugby, Super League Netball and the Tour de France.

  • I enjoy cycling (MAMIL) and am still trying to be as active as possible on the rugby pitch.

  • I am a Liveryman at the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.

  • I am a Freeman of the City of London, which means (notionally) I can drive my flock of sheep over London Bridge!

  • I am a fan of Japanese culture and am currently learning the language.

  • I was a county discus thrower in secondary school for North Somerset. 

  • I hold the only “Apprentice of the year” title at Sefas – winning for the last 5 years!

  • I am French.

  • I like wine and cheese.

  • I have a girlfriend.

  • I help out at my local rugby club – Hornets RFC.

  • I am an Academy Councillor at Worle Community School.

  • I enjoy trail running around various locations across Great Britain. 

Jamie Pearce

Product Consultant

Jamie has been an employee at Sefas since 1999 – nearing 20 years of service! He enjoys computer gaming, keeping healthy at the gym and dabbling with investments in stocks, shares and postal orders.

Dean Hazell

Senior Solutions Engineer

Dean is a soon-to-be 50-something with daughter, Dawn at Falmouth University and wife at home, Zoe. He’s been in IT since 1988, splitting his career between the Manufacturing, Financial and Insurance fields.
Dean has been at Sefas since 2001 and in his words “loves being technical”.
His interests are Sci-Fi and Horror on the page and at the cinema, especially in 3D, Electronic Music and Comic book collecting.
Dean will talk to anybody.

Richard Howells

Senior Solutions Engineer

Rich joined Sefas in 2007, after having worked for Sefas’s first OEM partner which included a year living in France. Rich was using Sefas software and training customers for 6 years before Sefas UK came into existence! He is now part of the Professional Services team and responsible for customer training. Bring a bit of a polyglot, Rich has not only given training sessions in the UK, but also France, Germany, Switzerland and Sweden.

Samantha Ashwell

Finance Manager

Sam is one of the original staff members that formed Sefas UK and has enjoyed a varied career path through Marketing, Finance and HR and now is part of the UK Management Team. In her spare time, Sam enjoys drawing and being creative with an interest in gemstones and jewellery. These days her creative side is utilised in drawing either for her daughter or sketching designs for her Monumental Mason husband to use in his bespoke creations!

  • I have a pet cactus that is now over 10 years old.

  • I’ve met Stan Lee.

  • I’ve been on the Weakest Link (video evidence is available).

  • I’ve seen Gary Numan on every UK tour he has done since 1987 (over 30 times!)

  • Time away from work still involves IT, being involved with a local Linux user group, but I enjoy getting completely away from technology and exploring the Peak District, and English Heritage sites at weekends.

  • I was once on the local Parish Church Council and used to teach Church Bell Ringing.

  • I hold a Personal License to sell alcohol and manage a pub, and my home address is registered as a licensed premises where I can legally sell alcohol for profit.

  • I have a dual nationality with the UK and New Zealand.

  • I am a qualified Holistic Therapist. 

  • I can tune a lever harp – but cannot play it! 

Anthony Chan

Solutions Engineer

Anthony is a very sporty person who loves to keep fit. His main preference in sport is Football and he’s a die-hard Everton fan. Anthony also shares a passion for travelling, experiencing new food and drinks (mainly alcohol and especially wines) from all over the world.

Rudy Millard

Sales Consultant

Rudy Millard has been with Sefas since 2016. He is a man who enjoys a wide range of hobbies and interests, from watching old episodes of Top of the Pops to check them for historical accuracy, to getting out into nature and enjoying the fresh air, with a song in his heart and a knapsack on his back. Rudy is keen on cycling and especially keen on telling people about his cycling.

Harry Emery

Graduate Solutions Engineer

Harry is currently the youngest member of Sefas UK, a man of few words but many memes! He’s an avid PC gamer as well as a reader of classical history and modern fiction. Above all, he enjoys a good hike with friends. 

Lucas Gillett

Graduate Solutions Engineer

Lucas joined the Sefas UK in early 2019 as part of the Support team. He enjoys gaming of every non-sporty kind, climbing and judging his housemate’s choice of TV programs. You can usually find him near Dean, hoping that he’ll become as knowledgeable through sheer proximity.

  • I came 2nd in a national martial arts fighting tournament.

  • I have completed a marathon!

  • I have traveled to 41 different countries (so far).

  • I have achieved no less than two Strava KOMs (King of the Mountain) – and one of them isn’t even a GPS glitch! 

  • I am the office Mario Kart 8 one to beat (to which, everyone does). My top courses include, but are not limited to: None.

  • I can generally name “that tune” in one.

  • I am an ordained minister

  • I once ate 81 (or more!) chicken dippers in one sitting.

  • I am allowed to stay up past my bedtime on weeknights! 

  • I was a regional tea dueling champion of the South West for 8 months.

  • I can hold my breathe for about a minute. 

  • I accept that fact 2 is not actually that impressive! 

Karen Peters

Business Development Manager

Karen has a passion for diving and all other water sports that can be done in hot climates and can usually be found with a cocktail in hand, not both at the same time of course! She also enjoys attending festivals and live gigs.

Steve Narancic

Business Development Manager

With over 30 Years of sales experience, Steve had an illustrious and highly successful career selling IT solutions into the Insurance industry before moving, some 8 Years ago, into the Customer Communications Management market.

  • I enjoy horse riding, when I can find the time!

  • I have a keen interest in Medieval History, so much so that I intend on taking a degree in the future.

  • My son Jack keeps me busy with his escapades. 

  • I earned my pilot’s licence before getting my driving licence.

  • Whilst at Sunderland Polytechnic, I hitch hiked from Sunderland to Monte Carlo and back in 4 days – which included blagging a free flight with British Airways from Newcastle to Geneva!

  • On the inside of my wedding ring is the inscription “hope over experience” which is from an Oscar Wilde description of a 2nd
