The Sefas Partnership Programme (SPP) is a framework that allows Sefas Partners to optimise the benefits from marketing, selling and delivering Sefas Software to the market. It ensures that Sefas Partners and Sefas share mutual workloads, mutual risk and mutual benefits.

There are several different types of Partnership Agreements available to prospective Partners, but all have certain characteristics in common:

  • NO upfront payments to be a Sefas Partner demanded. 

  • NO annual renewal payments to remain a Sefas Partner demanded. 

  • NO commitment to minimum levels of revenue generation demanded. 

  • ALL aspects of a deal to be included in the Referral fees (Professional Services and S&M as well as licence fees). 

  • Introductory and Sales Training provided free of charge. 

  • Full marketing support offered including access to Sefas Sales & Marketing collateral, Partner Account Management visits and Sales Support.

Summary of Jonas’ Assignments

Development of a Versatile Document Management System

Jonas has been a central figure in the development of a sophisticated document management system for Ropo Capital since 2009. As an Architect/System Developer, he focused on the system’s architecture and enhancement, which handled a wide variety of documents including printing, e-invoices, email invoices, and archiving. This system, built with Python and MySQL, processes over 300 file types and manages more than 100,000 documents daily. It utilizes multi-threaded programs, internal queues, RabbitMQ, distributed systems, and REST APIs to ensure efficient operation.

Implementation of Customer-Specific Solutions

In another project for Ropo Capital, Jonas worked as a Developer to create tailored solutions for the document management system. This involved analyzing customer files from various sectors such as energy companies, municipalities, regions, trade unions, and retailers. The files came in multiple formats including AFP, PDF, CSV, XML, and position-specific formats. Jonas often communicated directly with the customers to develop layouts and test implementations. His work heavily involved Python and Sefas tools like Producer and Designer.

Migration from Quadient Inspire to Sefas Producer and Designer

Between 2022 and 2024, Jonas led a significant migration project for Ropo Capital, moving hundreds of projects from Quadient Inspire to Sefas Producer and Designer. As the Architect/System Developer, he was responsible for preprocessing data, interpreting solutions from Inspire, translating and implementing them in Designer, and developing the necessary platform to handle the new input and output requirements.

Linux-Based Platform for Document Management and Print Preparation

In 2014, Jonas took on the role of Architect/Developer for iData, where he built a Linux-based platform for document management and print preparation. This platform was designed to receive print files in various formats like PDF, PCL, and AFP, then divide and sort them for printing by postal code. The solution, developed in Python, also utilized legacy Sefas modules techrtime and rmkrtime to modify page content effectively.

Jonas is an experienced consultant with over two decades of versatile experience in the IT industry.

He is adept at working both independently and in teams, primarily focusing on Python system development in message platforms based on Sefas software.

Assignments are typically conducted remotely, with follow-up meetings held online or at the client’s premises.

Jonas specializes in developing platforms for data management and presentation, and has designed and built platforms for most of the major data centers in Sweden, including Ropo Capital, Parajett, Strålfors, iData, MailIT, and also for ODBPO, (which is China’s largest print centre).
