The CCM Leaderboard 2024 has just been published by ASPIRE, an analyst specializing in the Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Customer Experience Management (CXM) markets. Each year ASPIRE thoroughly investigates the CCM market to offer an up-to-date view of market trends and players. This latest Leaderboard once again positions SEFAS among the world leaders in the global CCM AnyPrem market and in the top two within the Enterprise Communication Processing (ECP) segment.

What is ASPIRE CCM Leaderboard?

CCM Leaderboard 2024: the ECP segment

Enterprise Communications Processing (ECP) refers to the processing of communications, whether printed or digital. ECP provides an end-to-end connection between originating systems and final processing. It provides insights and control to users through online dashboards. These include post-composition solutions to orchestrate input and output workflows and manage multichannel production.

In this segment, SEFAS is placed in the top two thanks to a successful offering in post-composition, document reengineering and orchestration of multi-channel journeys.
